More Megalomanic Piles of Paperwork

My lawyer told me it's better that my "one-man" company does not directly own the stock in "MoyoGo Incorporated", but that I should let a Holding Company take care of that, mainly for tax reasons.

So now I own a Norwegian one-man firm, that owns a British Investment Holding company that owns a British Ltd. company that has a daughter branch office in Norway.. I'm getting dizzy :-)

And the company at the end of the chain ("Gromako Data & Services Limited Norway") is going to do all the business. The other companies are there to keep the taxman at bay and be 0% personally responsible in case of any legal issues.
